Welcome to Chebucto Community Net, one of the numerous Internet Nodes.

In this column, you will find useful tips to use on the Internet through Chebucto Community Net.

The "go" command: Type the letter "g", without the quotations, followed by a shortcut term, then press Enter. You will find a multitude of "go" commands to explore when you press "?". Read your screen carefully and learn to quickly get around Chebucto Community Net.

Lynx, is one of the applications used on CCN. The screen at the Main Menu is in Lynx. In Lynx, you can navigate the Internet by jumping from one link to the other. When you see an item that is highlighted, bring your cursor on the item and press , you could find yourself across the world after a few jumps from one document to another.

Many of the questions you have, were asked by others. You can check to see if your questions are included in Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) To find the history of your travels, press "y" without the quotes.
