Home is the first page which users see when they log in. Home can also be reached at any time in the lynx browser by using the shortcut of "g home".
The editors of a CSuite site can customize Home to appear any way they want by editing the Home.tmpl template. Editors should remember that, because C-Suite is text based for dialup users, they shouldn't rely on graphical information.
The Chebucto Community Net homepage is a good example of text based functionality.
But html also allows you to place graphics in a document. Using the "alt" option with the <img> tag, you can specify text that will be used instead of the graphic so that the site is completely useable in lynx but also looks good graphically. Chebucto Community Net has done this, and their homepage contains some graphical enhancements for users of graphical web browsers.
